Awesome Beach House! Best of the Best!
This property is exactly where we wanted to stay in Carlsbad Ca. It is close to everything. The condition of everything at this home is impressive, the view from every window is gorgeous! It makes you want to stay longer and live there. It even has a view of the Pacific Ocean from the top deck while we grilled steak and fish from the local market minutes away. Check in and out is easy easy easy. Very important, everything worked flawlessly. The few questions we had were answered quickly by the owner via text. My Wife and kids and I all love it! We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience! This review was the easiest to write, the owner’s attention to detail is evident in everything. Beautiful Property
We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our vacation at this lovely property. My husband already wants to know when we can return! Location, location, location! Perfect for walking to the beach and Carlsbad Village and watching beautiful sunsets from the balconies. Very clean and nice amenities available. Thane is easy to reach if you have any questions. I hope we can return one day!

Great Location for All.

Amazing house!
We stayed at this house with 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids) and had an amazing time. The house is right on the beach (just cross the street), with ocean views from all angles. The house is new with high-quality fixtures and upgrades. The beds are all great (two kings!) and is well-maintained with attention to detail and technical upgrades (silent airco/thermostat, high speed wifi, etc.). Thane and his wife Jerri were lovely, and very responsive and helpful with tips and advice. When something unexpected happened during our stay, they quickly stepped in to take care of matters, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Carlsbad is a lovely town with a cute downtown, and we enjoyed exploring the area! Highly recommend this property!

Everything and more!
We have stayed in Carlsbad many times and this was the best yet! The place was perfect with all the necessary amenities. The owner was very responsive and helped make our stay fantastic! All upgraded appliances with great knives for cooking. Beds were comfortable/firm, bath towels were soft and shampoo provided. It's a must stay in the Carlsbad area.

Fantastic Views -- you won't regret it!
My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week at the Carlsbad Beach Condo. The condo was even ready early, and Mr. Rivers, the owner, let us know in advance that we could get in early. I know this might not always be the case, but it was nice to know that the owners were thinking of us and making sure we could maximize our stay. We had grandparents, parents, teenagers, a 1 year old, and a 4 year old. There was something for everyone. We felt like we could be together or have time to ourselves within the condo or at the beach. I was initially concerned about the walk across to the beach and the noise of Carlsbad Blvd., but the walk was sooo short to the beach (there are stairs down to the beach, but if you walk a little further down, you can go down a ramp instead) and the street was busy during the day, but in a fun, beach way, and it really goes quiet about 10pm. We were able to leave the sliding door to the master open all night and listen to the crashing waves. There was nothing like it. The owner was extremely responsive to any need. The place really is fully stocked. I had brought a lot of sand toys for the kids, and we didn't use any of them because there were so many there. All the appliances are great. The kitchen had everything and plenty of dishes for multiple meals. The trash dumpster was located nearby as well. The TVs were huge, and there was a ton of content on them. The blackout shades in the bedrooms were a great plus. My kids slept much longer. An added bonus was that you could control the alarm, thermostat, garage door and front door from your phone, which came in handy several times, especially when coming back from the beach and needing to rinse off. The garage has a hose with WARM water to rinse off before going inside. The back patio was gorgeous to BBQ and enjoy meals. The front patios were great for reading and happy hour. The location was great. It was a 3/4 mile walk to the village with lots of great restaurants. I am sure I am leaving out some details. I highly suggest renting this condo! You will not regret it! If you have any questions prior to booking, Mr. Rivers will answer them in a very timely manner!

The most beautiful property in Carlsbad in the perfect location!
My family has stayed in many beach properties over the years but this vacation was at the top of our list. It's very hard to find the perfect combination of ocean/beach and walking proximity to fantastic restaurants and shopping. We are from the midwest and have ventured south for many years. We decided to venture west and couldn't have picked a better city and property. This property in absolutely beautiful. It is perfectly laid out with plenty of space and 3 levels. It has top of the line appliances and entertainment systems. It has a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels and beach toys. We were pleasantly surprised to find the basic necessities such as shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, paper towels and trash bags. We were a 10 minute walk from the beautiful city of Carlsbad which offers amazing eating and tons of shopping. You can get everywhere in Carlsbad from here without taking a car! It is a beautiful walk on the sidewalk completely along the ocean. If you want to venture to SanDiego, there is a train in Carlsbad that takes you up the coast. This property and location can not be topped. Best decision we made for our 2019 summer family vacation. It was enjoyable for everyone from my 21 year old to my 12 year old. The property manager was exceptional and accessible to answer our questions. Thank you Thane Rivers for an exceptional vacation experience.

Best Carlsbad has to offer
Loved every minute staying here. The home is gorgeous, master bedroom has amazing views and the TV is gigantic . I never wanted to leave this home. Beautiful beach across the street blocks from great dining and shopping. They even have boogie boards:). You won’t want to leave I promise .
